The Black Doula Collaborative (BDC) is a culturally responsive, evidence based intervention to mitigate the impacts of structural racism. Black Doulas are certified non-medical birth professionals. They share cultural parity with Black pregnant women to provide birth planning and education, and support and care during birthing, delivery, and postpartum periods.

    • BAG Member, Sherita Bullock, is the executive director of Healthy Baby Network, the agency that provides free doula training to Black women in our community.
